Manual gifts now show the right net amount

Hand-entered and imported donations no longer show "Net to Organization $0.00" on the payment detail panel — they show the full gift amount your organization actually received.

Donations recorded by hand (checks, cash, imports) carry no processor fees, so your organization nets the full gift. The payment detail panel now says exactly that, instead of showing $0.00.

Honest fee labels, receipt downloads, and dashboard link fixes

The payment detail panel now shows GiveLink's platform fee separately from card processing, every settled donation has a working receipt download, and nav links stay inside your dashboard.

Quality fixes shipped today:

  • Fee breakdown tells the truth. The payment detail panel's "Platform Fee" line was showing the combined card-processing + platform amount, overstating GiveLink's share. It now shows only GiveLink's fee, matching what your donors saw at checkout.
  • Download Receipt works. The receipt download button on the payment detail panel now generates a secure PDF link for any settled donation — including historical and imported gifts that never had a receipt emailed.
  • Dashboard navigation stays put. The Tasks, Messages, and AI Agents links in the sidebar previously bounced you out to the marketing site. They now take you where they say they will.
  • The demo is self-contained. Donation pages, fundraiser leaderboards, and the donor portal opened from the demo dashboard now show the demo organization's data instead of resolving against live data.
  • Preview Pro on the demo. A new banner at the top of the demo dashboard lets you flip between Hope Foundation (Starter) and Sunrise Initiative (Pro), so you can explore premium surfaces like the Director suite before upgrading.

Fundraising play settings, all in one dashboard

The Agents settings page now groups fundraising plays by purpose, shows their controls and safeguards, and lays groundwork for major-gift and board workflows.

  • One settings view — groups retention, monthly giving, and Director work
  • Clear operating controls — shows enablement, autonomy, caps, and safety pauses
  • Honest access states — unavailable Director tools remain visibly locked
  • Director-suite groundwork — prepares prospect, briefing, and board workflows
  • Staff-first safeguards — keeps Director play outputs inside the team

Donation receipt links are now protected

Emailed receipt links are now signed and expire after 24 months, so a forwarded or leaked link can't expose a donor's giving details forever.

Every donation receipt link — in receipt emails, on the thank-you page, and in admin resends — is now cryptographically signed and expires after 24 months.

  • Long enough for taxes. A receipt link from any gift keeps working through the following tax season, including extensions.
  • After it expires, the donor sees a friendly note directing them to their secure donor portal, where every historical receipt remains available.
  • Old links can no longer start a monthly gift. The post-donation "make it monthly" offer now only appears within a day of the gift itself, never on a receipt link opened months later.

No action needed from donors or admins — new receipts get protected links automatically.

July 9, 2026Feature

Smarter email safety: bounce protection, send limits, and an Attendees filter

GiveLink now stops emailing addresses that bounce or complain, caps daily send volume per organization, and turns event attendees into filterable contacts.

Your organization's email reputation is now protected automatically, and event attendees finally show up where you'd expect them — in your contacts.

  • Bounced and complained addresses stop receiving email immediately. When a message bounces or a recipient marks it as spam, GiveLink records it and every future send respects it — no more repeat sends to dead or unhappy inboxes.
  • Daily send limits protect your sender reputation. Each organization now has sensible daily email volume limits. Anything over the limit is held and sent the next day — never silently dropped — and you'll see exactly what was deferred and why.
  • Event attendees become contacts. Registering for an event now creates (or matches) a contact automatically, and a new Attendees filter on the Contacts page lets you see them in one click. Existing attendees have been matched retroactively.
  • The Source filter tells the truth. Contacts now track how they arrived — added manually, imported, from a donation, or from an event — and you can filter by any of them.
  • Honor and memorial notice recipients get a one-click opt-out. Dedication notices ("a gift was made in your honor") now include a link to stop future notices from that organization — no account needed, available in English and French.
  • Merging contacts no longer loses email journey progress. When two contact records are merged, active email series continue from whichever record was furthest along.

Monthly giving, grown automatically: post-donation upsell, failed-payment rescue, and anniversary upgrades

One-time donors see a no-pressure monthly option right after giving, failed renewals get rescued instead of quietly lapsing, and loyal monthly donors get a modest anniversary upgrade ask.

Monthly giving is the most valuable revenue a nonprofit has. Four new capabilities help you grow and protect it.

  • A monthly option right after the gift. When a donor completes a one-time card donation, the thank-you page — hosted or embedded widget — offers a monthly gift at a friendly suggested amount, using the card already on file. One click, first charge in 30 days, and "No thanks" gets exactly the same visual weight as the accept button. No tips. No tricks.
  • Repeat donors get a monthly invitation. A new play spots donors with a pattern of one-time gifts and proposes a monthly-giving ask at an amount grounded in their actual giving history — with cooldowns so nobody is asked twice in a season.
  • Failed renewals get rescued, not ignored. When a monthly charge fails, GiveLink pauses fundraising appeals to that donor while the card retries, and creates a task for your team when a high-value gift needs a personal touch. You see the save; the donor never feels hounded.
  • A full year of giving earns a thoughtful ask. After 12 successful monthly gifts, the agent suggests a modest increase — at least $5 or 15% — at most once per year, in suggest mode so you approve every ask.

Every play honors your per-play switches, suggest-vs-auto modes, and contact preferences. The conversion and anniversary plays ship off by default — turn them on from your agents dashboard when you're ready.

Stewardship plays: automated first-gift welcomes, second-gift asks, and lapsed-donor win-backs

GiveLink's AI agents can now run stewardship plays — thanking first-time donors, nurturing second gifts, and re-engaging lapsed donors — behind your approval settings and send limits.

Your donor relationships now have an autopilot — with you holding the controls.

  • First gifts get celebrated automatically. When a donor's genuinely first gift arrives, GiveLink creates a thank-you call task for your team within 48 hours and starts a welcome email journey. Imported gift history counts: a longtime donor whose records you migrated will never get a "thanks for your first gift" email.
  • Second gifts get nurtured. Around day 35–45, the agent drafts a second-gift ask for your approval, with a day-90 rescue touch if the moment passes. When the second gift lands, open asks close automatically and a celebration follows.
  • Lapsed donors get a respectful win-back. New LYBUNT/SYBUNT plays (donors who gave last year — or some year — but not this one) run pre-lapse and save windows on your fiscal calendar, ending with a single, no-pressure "the door stays open" note. These ship off by default and ramp gradually (max 50/day for the first two weeks) when you turn them on.
  • Event attendees can become donors. A new play follows up with attendees after an event wraps, inviting them to support the cause they showed up for.
  • Every play respects your guardrails. Per-play on/off switches, suggest-vs-auto modes, daily action caps, monthly cost caps, and automatic pause on spam complaints — all enforced before anything sends.
July 8, 2026Feature

A shared to-do list for your team — and your AI.

A new Tasks page tracks every follow-up (thank-you calls, gift reviews) in one place, with tasks on each donor's record and a weekly due-tasks email digest.

  • A Tasks inbox in your dashboard — every follow-up your team owes a donor (thank-you calls, second-gift reviews, data checks) lives in one filterable list: Open, Mine, Unassigned, Snoozed, Done
  • Tasks on the donor's record — each contact page shows that donor's open tasks with a one-click way to add another, so context and to-do live together
  • Create tasks today, AI creates them tomorrow — your team can add tasks right now; as GiveLink's fundraising plays roll out, the AI will file its own follow-ups into the same inbox
  • A weekly nudge that respects your time — owners and admins get one email listing tasks that are due or overdue; no email at all when nothing needs attention
  • Snooze, assign, complete, export — snooze a task until you're ready, hand it to a teammate, confirm before dismissing, and export the list to a spreadsheet with your filters applied
  • Duplicate-donor safe — when you merge two donor records, their tasks follow the surviving record automatically
July 8, 2026Fix

Accounts page back online, payment stats readable again

Fixed a bug that stopped the Accounts list from loading, un-squished the four stat cards on the Payments page, and clarified what the Payments search box actually searches.

  • Accounts list loads again — a database query bug introduced two days ago made the Accounts page show an error instead of your households and organizations; it now loads normally, including each account's primary contact
  • Payment stat cards display at full size — Total Raised, Payment Count, Average Gift, and Recurring % were rendering squeezed into a sliver with clipped numbers; they now spread across the page as intended
  • Clearer search hint on Payments — the search box now says "Search by contact name or email..." so it's obvious how to find a specific donor's payments
July 8, 2026Feature

Browse every contact, and an activity feed that speaks human

The Contacts list now pages through your full donor base with one-click segment filters, and the Activity feed reads in plain English — 'Donation received — $50 from Carol'.

  • Every contact is reachable — the Contacts list now pages through your entire donor base (previously only the first 100 alphabetical contacts were browsable), with the same pagination controls as every other list
  • One-click donor segments — filter Contacts by Champion, Loyal, Promising, New, At risk, Hibernating, or Lost right above the table, and share the filtered view with a link
  • The Activity feed speaks human — entries now read "Donation received — $50.00 from Diego Bilingue" instead of "payment confirmed," each gift appears once instead of twice, and refunds and recurring failures are labeled plainly
  • Tasks moved to a cleaner address — the Tasks page now lives at /tasks like its siblings; old links (including emailed digests) redirect automatically
  • Consistent buttons everywhere — every list page's create button now reads "New [Thing]" with a matching icon
  • Demo site is current again — demo.givelink.ai had quietly fallen a month behind; it now updates automatically with every release
July 8, 2026Fix

Donor contact preferences are now enforced on every email and text

Every message GiveLink sends — thank-yous, campaign emails, renewal reminders, receipts, texts — now checks the donor's opt-outs, suppressions, and frequency limits first. One gate, no exceptions.

  • One gate for every send — thank-you and anniversary emails, campaign blasts, membership renewal reminders, event and fundraiser emails, receipts, refund notices, and text messages all now pass through the same "may we contact this donor?" check before anything goes out
  • Opt-outs mean opt-out — a donor who unsubscribed, texted STOP, or was marked bereaved will not receive appeals from any corner of the platform, including automated ones
  • Fundraising asks are labeled as asks — campaign launch and final-push emails now count toward each donor's contact-frequency limit, so an active campaign can't quietly over-email your supporters
  • Emails go to the donor's current address — bulk sends re-check the donor's email at send time instead of using the address from when the send was queued
  • Suppressed messages are visible, not silent — when a message is held back, the timeline shows it as "Suppressed" with the reason, so admins know it was deliberate and don't retry it
  • AI-written emails are scrubbed before sending — agent-drafted email content is sanitized at the send boundary as an extra safety layer
July 8, 2026Fix

Settings pages get a consistent, clean layout

Every Settings page now opens with the same clear header, import statuses read properly, the Danger Zone section is easier to find, and small labels across Team and Custom Fields got clearer.

  • Every Settings page now has a proper header — a clear title and one-line description at the top of all 15 sections (Branding, Team, Receipts, Salesforce, and the rest), so you always know where you are
  • Import history reads like English — statuses now show as "Active," "Completed," "Failed" instead of lowercase codes, and the source column says "CSV import" instead of "Csv_import"
  • Danger Zone no longer hides — on smaller screens the settings menu quietly cut off its last section; a visible scroll indicator now makes it reachable
  • Clearer small labels — team member rows now say "Joined 4/8/2026" instead of a bare date, and the custom-fields button matches the "New X" convention used everywhere else
July 7, 2026Feature

Text-messaging setup now keeps you informed.

Text-messaging setup now emails you on every status change, explains rejections in plain English, and lets you cancel with a 30–90 day grace period.

  • Status updates by email — when your text-messaging registration is approved, rejected, or cancelled, you get an email right away instead of wondering where it stands
  • Plain-English help when something's rejected — if a carrier rejects your registration, GiveLink explains exactly what went wrong and what to fix, turning cryptic carrier codes into clear next steps
  • Cancel with a grace period — you can turn text messaging off whenever you want, with a 30-to-90 day window before it's fully removed, so nothing disappears out from under you
  • At-a-glance status in the app — a banner flags a rejected registration or an approaching grace-period deadline right where you'll see it, so it never slips by
  • Turn it back on anytime — reactivating your text-messaging service is a single click
July 6, 2026Feature

Campaigns, registrations, accounts, and fundraisers now work like your best list pages.

The last four dashboard lists get the full modern treatment — search, quick filters, one-click CSV export, proper pagination, and clear error messages — matching payments and contacts.

  • Consistent everywhere — all four pages now share the same layout, filters, and controls as payments and contacts, so nothing needs relearning
  • Search and quick filters — live search plus one-click pills (Active/Inactive campaigns, Household/Organization accounts, registration status) on every page
  • CSV export on every list — matching whatever filters you have applied
  • New account page — you can now create a household or organization account directly, with an optional primary contact
  • Registrations load completely — a behind-the-scenes fix means large events no longer silently cap the attendee list
  • Clear when something goes wrong — if a list or export fails to load, you now see a message and a Retry button instead of a silent blank
July 6, 2026AI

Every message now checks the donor's wishes first.

A single compliance gate now decides whether GiveLink may contact a donor — unifying opt-outs, SMS STOP requests, and sensitive situations across email, sequences, bulk sends, and texts.

  • One gate for every send — AI agent emails, automated email sequences, bulk email, and text messages all pass through the same "may we contact this donor?" check before anything goes out
  • Agent emails are fully compliant — every AI-sent email now carries the unsubscribe link and postal address the law requires, with the recipient address taken from your donor records (never from an AI-generated draft)
  • Sensitive situations respected — a bereavement or memorial note on a donor now blocks appeals, updates, and texts while still allowing tax receipts to go out
  • Last-second re-check on bulk email — a donor who opts out after a bulk send is queued but before it goes out is quietly removed, not mailed
  • Fatigue protection groundwork — every outgoing message is now labeled with its purpose, so upcoming frequency caps can stop any donor from being over-contacted
June 15, 2026Fix

Every list page now reads correctly to screen readers.

Donor, payment, and campaign lists now announce accurate row counts and filter results to assistive technology, and list titles share one consistent style across the app.

  • Accurate row counts — list pages that load one page at a time now tell screen readers exactly which rows are visible, instead of over-promising rows that aren't on screen yet
  • Filter results announced — changing a filter now speaks the new result count aloud ("12 results") so people using a screen reader hear what changed without hunting for it
  • Keyboard-grid behavior where it belongs — the full selectable-grid interaction is reserved for tables you actually select rows in, so keyboard users get predictable navigation everywhere else
  • Consistent list titles — every list page header now uses the same italic serif style, so the app looks like one product rather than a patchwork
June 15, 2026Fix

The data tables now speak every language you do.

Pagination, result counts, and empty-state text on every list and detail-payment table now appear in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese — not just English.

  • Table controls localized — "Rows per page," "Showing 1–25 of 200," the page-navigation buttons, and "No results found" now render in your admin's chosen language across every list page
  • Detail tabs too — the payment tables on contact and campaign detail pages got the same treatment, so non-English admins no longer hit stray English in the footer
  • Spoken results localized — the result-count a screen reader announces when you filter a list is now in your language, matching the rest of the page
June 12, 2026Fix

Deactivated accounts lose access immediately.

A removed team member's session used to keep working on some data routes until it naturally expired. Access now ends the moment an account is deactivated, everywhere.

  • Immediate lockout — deactivated users and members of deactivated organizations are rejected on every route the instant the change takes effect
  • Exports protected — donor data exports now verify the requesting user, not just the organization
  • No account-status hints — rejected requests look identical to signed-out requests
June 12, 2026AI

Agent actions have a safer review trail.

Admins can inspect agent decisions, reviewers, result summaries, and audit details without exposing donor private information.

  • Recent activity details — reviewer and result context are visible
  • Action audit page — each action has a decision trail
  • PII redaction — emails are masked in feeds and audit views
  • Safe payload summaries — raw agent data stays out of the UI
  • Weekly Coordinator summaries — scheduled briefings are registered
June 12, 2026AI

AI agents and text messaging now active for every organization.

A plan-tier misconfiguration kept the Coordinator and Stewardship agents — and SMS — switched off for real accounts. Every organization now gets what the pricing page promises at 1%.

  • Coordinator briefings live — every organization now receives the weekly fundraising briefing included in the 1% plan
  • Stewardship suggestions live — donor thank-you and follow-up suggestions now run for every organization
  • Text messaging unblocked — SMS opt-in and sending now work on every plan that includes them
  • One source of truth for plan features — feature access now flows through a single capability map, with tests that catch any future drift
  • Donation math untouched — independent review verified fees are byte-for-byte identical before and after
June 12, 2026Fix

Donations can't get stuck in limbo anymore.

A donation that starts but never reaches the card step now resolves itself within a day instead of sitting 'pending' forever, and tighter safeguards stop a network hiccup making two charges.

  • Abandoned donations resolve themselves — a gift that starts but never reaches the card step is automatically marked failed within 24 hours, so your payments list reflects reality
  • Real charges always win — if a donation completes at the exact moment a cleanup runs, the completed gift takes priority every time
  • Double-charge protection tightened — retry-safety keys were hardened so a network hiccup during checkout can never create two charges or two receipts
June 12, 2026Feature

The custom questions you add to a campaign now show up for donors.

Custom fields you configure on a campaign — tribute names, t-shirt sizes, 'how did you hear about us' — now appear on the donation page, peer-to-peer pages, and the widget, in all five languages.

  • Custom fields render on every donor surface — the hosted donation page, peer-to-peer fundraiser pages, and the embeddable widget all show the questions you've added to a campaign
  • Required questions are enforced before submit — a donor can't complete a gift with a required field empty, and they're told inline instead of hitting a confusing error
  • Per-campaign required override — the same field can be optional on one campaign and required on another
  • Fully translated — field chrome appears in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese
June 12, 2026Brand

Cleaner embeds and a friendlier 404.

Embedded widgets now keep a transparent page shell, and unmatched routes show a branded GiveLink 404.

  • Transparent widget body — embeds no longer inherit app cream
  • Independent page shells — embeds, the app, and public pages no longer share styling
  • Branded 404 page — mistyped links show a friendly path back home
  • Loading surfaces — public, portal, agents, and widget shells stay consistent
June 12, 2026Fix

Error messages on money actions now stay on screen.

Refund, recurring-gift, and sync failures used to flash in a corner toast and disappear. They now appear right where the action failed, with your input preserved and a one-click retry.

  • Refunds — a failed refund keeps the dialog open with the reason shown inline
  • Recurring gifts — pause, resume, cancel, and amount changes show named errors ("Pause failed") instead of a generic flash
  • Plain-English errors — raw technical jargon from the server is filtered out of what admins see
  • Keyboard and screen-reader friendly — focus stays put on failure and errors are announced properly
June 12, 2026Brand

The features page caught up with the product.

Campaign health scores, board reports, ambassador programs, and text messaging were shipped but never advertised — now they're on the site. Payout-timing copy now matches the fees page exactly.

  • Four shipped features now visible — Campaign Health Scores, Board Reports, Ambassador Programs, and Text Messaging joined the features page
  • Payout timing stated precisely — every page now matches the fees disclosure: typically within 2 business days for established accounts
  • Spanish marked live — donor flows, receipts, and the donor portal speak English and Spanish today
  • Webhook docs corrected — the integrations card lists exactly the four event types that exist
June 12, 2026Fix

Dashboard pages show their shape instantly while loading.

Detail, list, and settings pages now render shape-matched placeholders the moment you open them, instead of flashing blank or spinning.

  • No more blank flashes — opening a payments detail, a sequence, an agent settings page, or the SMS usage report now shows a placeholder that matches the real layout while data loads
  • Placeholders match the page — table pages show table-row placeholders, detail pages show the rail and tabs, forms show their fields, so nothing jumps when content arrives
  • Spinners and "Loading…" text replaced — several pages that showed a bare spinner or plain text now use the shape-matched skeleton instead
June 12, 2026Fix

Dashboard tables fit phones.

Shared data tables now turn into mobile cards, making campaigns, contacts, and payments easier to scan on small screens.

  • Mobile card fallback — rows become scannable cards on phones
  • Column priorities — important fields lead each card
  • Campaign table upgrade — campaigns use the shared data table
  • Phone-width layouts — tested without sideways scrolling
June 12, 2026AI

Org Intelligence in every launch locale.

Org Intelligence setup, review, dashboard, progress, and chat copy now has complete EN, ES, FR, PT, and ZH translations.

  • Five launch languages — setup and review copy is complete
  • Setup wizard copy — stage prompts no longer hardcode English
  • Review dashboard copy — summaries and placeholders stay translated
  • Plural coverage — source counts follow each locale's grammar
June 12, 2026Feature

The payments list got faster, shareable, and consistent.

Payments now use the same modern table as the rest of the app — bookmarkable filters, server-side paging that loads only the visible page, and one consistent set of status colors and labels.

  • Bookmarkable, shareable views — the active filters, sort, page, and page size all live in the web address, so you can bookmark or send a colleague the exact view you're looking at
  • Loads only what it shows — the list pages the data instead of pulling every payment at once, so large accounts open quickly
  • Consistent status everywhere — "Succeeded," "Refunded," "Disputed," and the rest now use one shared set of colors and labels across the table, detail panel, and every other surface
  • Smarter export — CSV export now honors your search box and active filters, and tells you clearly when nothing matches instead of doing nothing
June 12, 2026Feature

Donors can repair recurring gifts.

A past-due recurring gift now gives donors a secure way to add a new card without creating a new charge.

  • Add-card form — saves a replacement card securely
  • Past-due targeting — only the donor's organization updates
  • Default card update — Stripe retries use the new card
  • Five-locale copy — repair prompts use gift and card language
June 12, 2026Fix

Receipts, Salesforce sync, and webhooks are now retry-safe under load.

Hardened three behind-the-scenes race conditions so a retry or two simultaneous workers can never drop a receipt email, duplicate a Salesforce record, or re-fire a webhook that already delivered.

  • No more silently-skipped receipts — a receipt email that fails to send is now properly retried instead of occasionally being marked done and skipped
  • No duplicate Salesforce records — two workers racing to sync the same donation can no longer create two Opportunities; the database guarantees exactly one
  • Webhooks don't double-fire on retry — integration notifications now carry a stable ID, so a retry skips endpoints that already received the event
June 12, 2026Feature

Bulk email is now resumable and consent-aware at send time.

Large sends run as background jobs that survive interruptions, never double-send, and re-check each donor's opt-in at the moment of sending.

  • Survives anything — a send interrupted mid-batch picks up exactly where it left off
  • Never double-sends — every recipient carries a delivery receipt the email provider deduplicates
  • Consent checked at send time — a donor who unsubscribes after a send is queued is skipped automatically
  • Live job status — the send screen shows queued, sending, sent, and skipped counts as the job runs
June 12, 2026Fix

Spreadsheet imports moved to a more secure parser.

Donor-list imports now use a maintained spreadsheet library with no known vulnerabilities, keeping every upload safety limit in place. Old .xls files are now politely declined with a re-save prompt.

  • Safer uploads — the library that reads your uploaded spreadsheets was replaced with a maintained one that has no known security advisory, closing a vulnerability that ran on every import
  • Same protections — file-size, row, sheet, and column limits plus the memory safeguards that stop an oversized or malicious file are all unchanged
  • Legacy .xls — pre-2007 .xls files are now declined with a clear prompt to re-save as .xlsx; modern .xlsx and .csv imports work exactly as before
June 12, 2026Fix

Year-end tax statements now show refund-adjusted totals.

Emailed year-end statements match the donor portal exactly — only what donors gave after refunds, now with separate per-currency totals for international donors. Check-in now requires staff sign-in.

  • Refund-aware totals — a refunded or partially refunded gift no longer inflates a donor's year-end statement; email and portal now agree to the cent
  • One total per currency — donors who gave in more than one currency now see a separate, correctly-formatted total for each (a $100 gift and a €40 gift no longer add up to a meaningless "140") across the portal, PDF download, spreadsheet export, and year-end email
  • Cleaner spreadsheet exports — donor exports include both an exact-cents column and a ready-to-read dollars column
  • Check-in requires sign-in — event check-in scanning is now limited to signed-in staff of your organization, and a double scan shows a clear "already checked in" instead of overwriting the record
June 12, 2026Fix

Widget preview totals now match live checkout to the cent.

The donation widget preview in your dashboard now quotes exactly what donors will be charged — your real plan tier and card rate, not a default.

  • Real plan tier in preview — the preview previously assumed the 1% starter rate for every organization; it now uses your actual plan
  • Negotiated card rates respected — organizations with a custom card processing rate see that rate reflected in preview totals
  • Preview equals checkout — the preview and the live donation flow now compute totals identically, so what you test is what donors pay
June 11, 2026Feature

Donor flows speak Spanish.

Hosted donation, peer-to-peer pages, widgets, receipts, and the donor portal now have the locale structure needed for launch.

  • Donation form chrome — giving steps use locale messages
  • Donor portal — history, receipts, cards, and profile are translated
  • Receipt formatting — amounts and dates use locale-aware helpers
  • Spanish campaign chrome — stats, tabs, and buttons stay localized
  • Receipt emails — donor locale follows the gift
June 11, 2026Feature

Peer-to-peer fundraising, with approval.

Supporters can finish starting a fundraising page, and admins get a pending-approval workflow before pages go public.

  • Start Fundraising flow — supporter details create a page
  • Pending approval — new fundraisers wait for review
  • Auto-approve setting — trusted orgs can skip review
  • Safe auth return — sign-in resumes the saved fundraiser draft
June 11, 2026Fix

Monthly gifts keep recording.

Recurring gift webhooks now handle current Stripe invoice payloads and first-invoice timing, so renewals do not disappear.

  • Invoice adoption — first invoices reuse the checkout row
  • Stripe compatibility — renewals follow Stripe's latest invoice format
  • Renewal receipts — monthly gifts keep their records
  • Retry-safe updates — duplicate deliveries skip cleanly
June 10, 2026Feature

The admin workspace is launch-ready.

Core dashboard pages were checked live on mobile and desktop, with loading states, layouts, and blocked workflows tightened.

  • Core page pass — campaigns, contacts, payments, and settings checked live
  • Mobile page headers — actions stack instead of clipping
  • Reduced-motion loading — skeleton states respect preferences
  • Funds settings — existing funds controls are wired
  • Danger zone actions — export and delete flows use real mutations
June 10, 2026Fix

Receipts and emails are clearer.

Donation receipts, year-end statements, DAF acknowledgements, marketing email, and sequence sends now use safer compliance rules.

  • Donation receipts — use snapshot organization details
  • Year-end statements — avoid blank EIN rows and overbroad tax wording
  • DAF acknowledgements — grants get DAF-appropriate language
  • Marketing footers — postal address and unsubscribe headers are enforced
  • Sequence sending — failed sends no longer advance quietly
June 9, 2026Fix

Refunds and chargebacks now reconcile.

Refunds, partial refunds, disputes, and same-gift refund races now follow Stripe's ledger instead of guessed totals.

  • Partial refunds — show only the returned amount
  • Transfer reversals — nonprofit share is pulled back correctly
  • Same-gift locking — concurrent refunds resolve one at a time
  • Stripe Dashboard refunds — donors receive the same receipt follow-up
  • Chargeback recovery — full disputes recover the nonprofit share
June 9, 2026Fix

Reports use net giving.

Refund-aware totals now flow through reports, exports, billing, tax letters, donor history, and campaign summaries.

  • Net-of-refunds totals — reports show money actually kept
  • Recurring analysis — monthly donors count once per active subscription
  • Recorded fees — billing uses Stripe-recorded platform fees
  • Accounting exports — CSVs include refund, fee, and net columns
  • Report reliability — scorecards and recurring leaderboards load consistently
June 2, 2026Brand

Your logo stays visible through the gift.

Donation, thank-you, and receipt pages now render organization logos hosted by Clerk without broken-image gaps.

  • Donation page logo — organization branding renders in the header
  • Thank-you page logo — confirmation screens stay branded
  • Receipt page logo — donors see the same organization identity
  • Trusted image host — Clerk logo URLs work with Next image handling
June 2, 2026Fix

Imports that do not double-count gifts.

Gift imports can use source-system IDs and safer review gates, so repeat uploads are less likely to create duplicate gift records.

  • Source-system gift IDs — detect prior imported gifts

Our standing commitments

  • 1.No hidden fees. Any amount the donor is asked to cover is shown with a full breakdown — platform fee and processing fee itemized — before they submit.
  • 2.Every dollar you intended reaches your nonprofit. The fees you see on this page are the fees you pay — no tips, no surprise markup.
  • 3.We never call our fee a “tip” or a “contribution.” It's a fee. We name it. We show the number.
