The website went quiet this summer. The product didn't.

If the blog looked frozen this summer, the product was anything but. Here's an honest rundown of the fifty-plus improvements we shipped between June and September, from turning the AI on for every organization to making the money math accurate to the cent.

If you checked in on GiveLink over the last few months and saw the same blog posts from spring, I understand why you might have assumed things had slowed down. They hadn't. We went heads-down and shipped more than fifty improvements between June and September. Here's the honest rundown.

We turned the AI on for everyone. A pricing-tier misconfiguration had quietly kept the Coordinator and Stewardship agents (and text messaging) switched off for real accounts. That's fixed: every organization now gets exactly what the pricing page promises at our flat 1%. On top of that, our agents can now run real stewardship plays: welcoming first-time donors, nurturing second gifts, rescuing failed recurring payments, and winning back lapsed donors, always behind your approval and your send limits.

We made the money math honest to the cent. Refunds, partial refunds, and chargebacks now reconcile against Stripe's actual ledger instead of guessed totals. Those refund-aware numbers flow everywhere: reports, exports, billing, year-end tax statements, and donor history. Your payment detail now shows our platform fee separately from card processing, so there's never a question about where a dollar went.

We taught GiveLink to speak your donors' language. Hosted donation pages, peer-to-peer, widgets, receipts, the donor portal, and now donation amounts and dates all render in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese.

We built the things a growing team actually needs. A shared Tasks list (for your team and your AI), a Contacts list that pages through your full donor base with one-click segments, an activity feed that reads in plain English, resumable bulk email that re-checks each donor's consent at the moment of sending, and one compliance gate that enforces every opt-out across email, texts, and sequences. No exceptions.

And we hardened the quiet things. Donations can't get stuck in limbo, receipts can't be dropped under load, forwarded receipt links now expire, and removed team members lose access immediately.

We're still pre-launch, and still building toward opening the doors. If you want to be there when we do, join the waitlist. We'll only email you when GiveLink is ready.

Why Your Fundraising Emails Look Like They Were Sent by a Robot (And Why We Fixed Ours)

Most nonprofit platforms treat email as an afterthought — generic templates that undermine the trust you've spent years building. We built a unified design system for every email GiveLink sends, because every touchpoint is a brand moment.

Our standing commitments

  • 1.No hidden fees. Any amount the donor is asked to cover is shown with a full breakdown — platform fee and processing fee itemized — before they submit.
  • 2.Every dollar you intended reaches your nonprofit. The fees you see on this page are the fees you pay — no tips, no surprise markup.
  • 3.We never call our fee a “tip” or a “contribution.” It's a fee. We name it. We show the number.
